We started our journey a little backwards then most people do. We (meaning our random search on Zillow) found a house we absolutely loved and Melissa helped put a offer on it, then immediately we put our home up for sale in the Fall/Winter! Our home that we put up for sale was extremely unique, historic and old... it needed “the right buyer” to come through! With that being a time where buying is typically slow we were getting showings left and right. Melissa was updating us constantly and gave her honest opinion and suggestions. She helped us sell a home we absolutely loved and brought our babies home to and helped buy our forever home where we eventually will be sending our babies off to college out of. We miss our daily/ weekly communication with Melissa. We can honestly say Melissa literally put her Blood Sweat and Tears in for us and we are forever great full for all of her efforts! Melissa was wonderful! my mother’s home in a 55+ community with land rent and a ton of bylaws was a difficult sell, but she found the perfect buyer! My sister and I are so grateful for how easy she was to get ahold of, always reassuring our fears, going out of her way for all the little details that would’ve drove anyone else nuts! Melissa was amazing. She was knowledgeable and very patient with us. I think at one point she wanted to punch me but didn't for some reason. We probably walked through 15 houses but she wouldn't give up until we found the perfect house. And we did. She held our hands through the entire mortgage process too. And when we thought it couldn't get any better, she had pizza delivered to our new house on moving day!!!!
